RIDE ON DEMAND

1. The lessee of this vehicle or equipment agrees to waive all claims / or causes of action against the lessor arising from the operation use or misuse of the vehicle.

2. The renter also agrees to pay all charges including rental of and damages to the vehicle, which accrue because of rental, and will at the expiration of the rental period leave the vehicle in as good condition as received by the renter.

3. Theft of the rental vehicle & replacement is the sole responsibility of the renter.

4. Renter also agrees to be responsible for violation of traffic rules, fine / penalties (challan), misplaced, unlocked, or lost equipment and keys.

5. Any disputes will be subject to Varanasi jurisdiction only.

Timing: Morning 6.00 A.M. to 10.00 P.M.

Rules & Regulations

• Per day limit of vehicle to be driven is 70 Km. ₹8/- per kilometer will be charged for extra run.

• Do not perform any stunts or similar activity.

• Always wear helmets for your safety.

• Vehicle should not be deep discharged.

• Do not violate any traffic rules.

• Maintain speed limit of 40 km/hr.

• Do not park vehicle in no-parking zone.

• ₹70/- per hour will be charged after rental time duration.
